Following the music will improve your performance by locking in your rhythm and ratio while providing the distraction listening to music supplies during long erg sessions. Even advanced rowers will benefit from fine-tuning your stroke with Sonic Actives music providing a further competitive edge in your race preparation.

You can review your workouts with the built-in analytics and by recording erg readouts. You can also access graphical representations of your performance, including how in time you were with the music.
